Terms of Service

These terms apply to property media services provided by Lightbody Tours.

Services

Lightbody Tours provides Matterport 3D tours, listing videos, floor plans, and related property media services for real estate brokers in Bellingham and surrounding Whatcom County. Specific deliverables and pricing are outlined on the Pricing page.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 48 hours from the shoot date. Same-day delivery is available for time-sensitive listings — call or text to confirm.

Payment

Payment is due on delivery. Accepted methods include Venmo and other arrangements by request. Standard rates are listed on the Pricing page; loyalty pricing and referral discounts are arranged directly between Sean and the client.

Promotions

First-time clients are eligible for 50% off their first Matterport tour. This promotion applies to the standalone Matterport service only (not bundles or other services), is limited to one redemption per broker, and must be claimed at the time of booking.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Free reschedule with reasonable notice. Real estate moves fast, and timing changes are part of the work — just let me know as soon as you can.

Portfolio Rights

Lightbody Tours retains the right to display completed work (tours, videos, photographs, floor plans) in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you'd prefer your work not be displayed, contact me and I'll remove it within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Property media services are marketing tools — outcomes depend on many factors including listing price, market conditions, and broker strategy. Lightbody Tours is not responsible for listing performance, sale price, time on market, or any business outcomes related to the use of delivered media.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State.
