Lightbody Tours collects and uses information from clients to provide property media services. This page explains what's collected, how it's used, and how it's protected.

What I Collect

When you book a tour or contact me, I may collect:

• Contact information (name, phone, email)
• Property addresses for the listings being shot
• Brokerage affiliation
• Payment information (handled via Venmo or other third-party services — I don't store card numbers)
• Calendar booking data (date, time, address)

How I Use It

Information collected is used only to: schedule and deliver property media services; communicate about active bookings and deliverables; send delivery links and follow-up messages; and bill for completed work. I don't sell, share, or rent client information to third parties.

How Long I Keep It

Active client contact information stays in my records for the duration of our working relationship plus two years afterward, for reference and follow-up.

Portfolio Use

I retain the right to display work created for clients (3D tours, listing videos, photographs, floor plans) in my portfolio, on lightbodytours.com, and in marketing materials. Property addresses may be shown alongside the work. If you'd prefer your work not be displayed, contact me and I'll remove it within 30 days.
